Steve grew up in Warwick, RI and is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston. He comes to Home Loan Investment Bank with nearly 24 years of mortgage banking experience. He started in the banking industry in 1989 as a loan officer for the first and original Norwest Mortgage office in Massachusetts (known today as Wells Fargo). After a tenure of three years, he went on to a long 20 year run with Chase where he served as a Senior Loan Officer, then became the Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and longtime FHA Trainer.

With nearly 4,500 closings during his career, Steve is back originating mortgages and takes pride in helping people become happy home owners. He’s also an expert in government loan programs, specifically FHA, VA, USDA and 203K rehab loans. "I love working with young people who are just starting out!"
Steve and his wife Susan, a longtime realtor in Massachusetts, make their home in Orleans, Cape Cod where they love all outdoor activities and are avid Pats, Sox, Celtics and Bruins fans. Having a second residence in south Florida has also given Steve a unique perspective on financing second home and vacation properties.
