David Napolitano Joins Home Loan Bank’s RI Mortgage Team

“David is a well-known and highly respected mortgage banker, with 30 years of experience in Rhode Island,” said Brian Murphy, Chairman and CEO of Home Loan Investment Bank. “We are very happy to welcome him to the Home Loan family.”

Prior to Home Loan, Napolitano worked for Santander and Shamrock Financial. He also owned a mortgage company for 10 years. A resident of Barrington, he serves on the board of directors of the Barrington Girls Softball Association. He is a graduate of Moses Brown School and holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Boston University.

Home Loan Investment Bank Adds Two Loan Officers in Old Greenwich, Conn.

Warwick, R.I., December 26, 2018 - Home Loan Investment Bank has expanded its residential lending team into southwestern Connecticut and the Metro New York market, with the addition of two established mortgage loan officers. Scott Androvic and Brian Concannon, both formerly of Flagstar Bank, have joined the Home Loan residential lending team as senior loan officers, based in Old Greenwich, Conn.

“I’m pleased to announce this expansion of our residential lending footprint,” said Brian Murphy, Home Loan’s Chairman and CEO. “Scott and Brian are seasoned, trusted lenders who have served Fairfield County and Metro New York for more than a decade. They will be great assets to Home Loan as we pursue our residential lending strategy in this desirable market.”

Scott Androvic brings 10 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending to the position. Before Home Loan, he was a senior mortgage banker for Flagstar Bank and Federal Savings Bank in Manhattan, and a real estate agent for Kinard Realty Group in Stamford, Conn. A resident of Stamford, Androvic belongs to the Stamford/Greenwich Board of Realtors. Earlier in his career, he served 10 years as a detective in the NYPD, and 6 years in the United States Marine Corps. He lives in Stamford and is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College.

Brian Concannon brings 13 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending in New York City to the position. Prior to joining Home Loan, Concannon was a senior mortgage banker for Flagstar Bank and Federal Savings Bank in Manhattan. He has also worked as a real estate agent for NextStopNY. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Brooklyn Board of Realtors. A resident of Queens, N.Y., Concannon is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College. Earlier in his career, he served as a firefighter and a police officer.

Artie Clark Joins Home Loan Bank’s Methuen Mortgage Team

Warwick, R.I., October 24, 2018 - Artie Clark has joined Home Loan Investment Bank’s Methuen, Mass., mortgage lending team as Senior Loan Officer.

“I’m pleased to welcome Artie to Home Loan Investment Bank,” said Brian Murphy, Chairman and CEO. “His many years of experience and community connections will help us develop new business in Boston’s Metro North area.”

Clark brings more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry to the position and joins Home Loan from Supreme Lending, LLC. From 1993 until 2007, he was a district manager for AccuBank/National City Mortgage in Burlington, Mass. He has also worked for Salem Five Mortgage Company, Franklin American Mortgage and Pacific Union, LLC. Clark, a resident of Woburn, serves his local community as a volunteer drug and alcohol addiction counselor for Grace Chapel.

Home Loan Promotes Jarred Burrell to VP, Commercial Lending, Ocean Capital

Jarred Burrell has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Lending for Ocean Capital, the commercial lending division of Home Loan Investment Bank. In this new role, he oversees all aspects of loan origination, loan servicing and collections.

“Jarred is a rising star at Home Loan,” said Brian Murphy, Chairman and CEO. “From the start, his business acumen, work ethic and passion for the business have been factors in Ocean Capital’s success. I’m confident that he is the right person to run our commercial lending business, and I look forward to seeing the division grow under his leadership.”

Burrell joined Ocean Capital in 2011 as a Loan Analyst. Over the next seven years he moved quickly through the organization, with promotions to Portfolio Analyst, Credit Analyst/Underwriter, and most recently, Commercial Lending Manager.

A resident of Warwick, R.I., Burrell graduated from Springfield College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. In 2014 he earned Certified Commercial Loan Officer designation from the ICBA Commercial Lending Institute.

Warwick, R.I., September 11, 2018 -The shelves in Operation Stand Down Rhode Island’s Veteran Food Pantry are a bit more bountiful, thanks to an employee food drive held by Home Loan Investment Bank (HLIB). On September 10, HLIB delivered a van load of donated food to the OSDRI food pantry at 1010 Hartford Avenue in Johnston.

“When we learned that supplies were running low in Operation Stand Down’s food pantry, Home Loan employees eagerly answered the call,” said Brian Murphy, Chairman and CEO. “We are grateful for the service and dedication of our veterans and it is an honor to give back through service and support.”
